1. Scope
This procedure applies to goods purchased on orbofnotions.com that were custom-printed by our fulfillment partner Printify based on your uploaded photo.
2. Valid grounds for a complaint
You may file a complaint for:
• Manufacturing defects (poor print quality, wrong colours, blurring caused by us)
• Damage in transit
• Wrong product or size sent
You may not file a complaint for:
• Change of mind (products are custom-made — see Terms §6)
• Low print quality caused by a low-resolution image you uploaded
• Wrong size you selected yourself
3. Time limit
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this window, our fulfillment partner Printify's reprint policy no longer applies, which limits our ability to remedy the issue.
Statutory warranty liability runs for 24 months from receipt of goods. For defects reported after 30 days, you may be asked to demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
4. How to file a complaint
Step 1 — Email us: [email protected]
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• Your preferred resolution (replacement / refund)
Step 2 — Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email without undue delay.
Step 3 — Resolution: We will resolve your complaint within 30 days and inform you of the outcome by email with a written confirmation of the date and method of resolution.
5. Remedies
For a valid complaint we offer:
• Replacement — a new item sent to your address at no cost
• Refund — returned to your original payment method within 14 days
Do not return the defective item without prior agreement — manufacturing defects typically do not require a physical return.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot reach an agreement, EU consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) at adr.coi.cz or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
