2. Products and ordering
Orb of Notions allows you to upload your own photo and have it printed on a product of your choice (t-shirt, mug, poster, etc.) via our fulfillment partner Printify Inc. Every product is made individually to your specification.
3. Order and contract formation
A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline orders where the uploaded image violates these terms (see section 10).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe (card) or Shopify Payments. We are not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your card issuer.
5. Delivery
Products are manufactured and shipped by Printify. Indicative production time is 3–7 business days; shipping adds 5–15 business days depending on destination. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal — IMPORTANT
All products on Orb of Notions are custom-made to your uploaded photo. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and §1837(c) of the Czech Civil Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
By confirming your order you acknowledge that the product is custom-made and cannot be returned solely because you changed your mind.
7. Defects and complaints
We are responsible for manufacturing defects, print errors, and damage in transit. You must report any such defect within 30 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos and your order number.
For an eligible claim we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full procedure is in our Complaints Procedure.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
EU consumers may refer disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI): adr.coi.cz, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to engage in out-of-court dispute resolution.
10. Intellectual property and prohibited content
By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or hold rights to use it commercially for printing. You are solely liable for any third-party IP infringement. We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, illegal, or hateful content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved out of court shall be submitted to the competent Czech courts.
